ASE A-Series Pocket Prep App Reviews

I was skeptical at first because all other test prep apps on the App Store are terrible. Glad this isnt one of them. Its must have for anyone trying to pass their ASE test and I can say that because its already helped me tremendously.

This apps great gives me alota questions and keeps me on my toes and gives trick questions just like the real test good app to study with

If youre going to take the ASE tests, this app helps a bunch. Worth the coin.

If your going to take an ase test, youd be stupid not to have this app. Its literally the best

Pretty Decent so far. Questions are good. I put too much thought into some answers and get them wrong but the simple explanation as to why i got it wrong helps a lot.

makes it easy to study on the go. when you dont have the opportunity to sit for a true study session, this app is a good option

I recently took the electrical ASE, this app really helped me pass it. However some of the explanations could go into further detail. I have managed to pass the brakes ASE exam as well.

Allows you to get a feel for the ase tests and gives brief explanations of the question answers. Questions could be more diverse.

I just took 4 of the ASE tests, and this app really was not helpful. The questions on the real ASE test were far more difficult than anything this app asks you. Some answers are not correct that they ask either. Im not saying that just from own personal wealth of knowledge, but even when they give you their correct answer it contradicts how they graded you. There is far better free stuff online. Again, none of these questions or anything similar are on the real ASE tests. At most I would say that this app may(strongly stress "may") have helped me get one more right out of 50 or 60 questions asked on each of the real ASE tests. Even the questions in the app are repeated multiple times, but just worded ever so slightly different. ridiculous. The more I think about it...just garbage for $10

This is an absolutely horrible app if you want to study for the ASE test. Not one single question the app asked me was actually on my ASE test. And for $10 this company is getting away with robbery. Do yourself a favor go on the ASE website and invest in their pretest study material. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this app at all.

Not too shabby

I use the Q of the day thats about it. Im in auto school now and its easy to forget things from courses I took 6 months ago so random Qs are a good refresher and at a minimum spark enough interest for me to go back and study the things I didnt even realize Id forgotten.

This app is pretty good to get you thinking of what kind of questions are gonna be asked on the test not the exact questions that are going to be asked on the test. Wish it had a study guide though..

I recently took 3 recertifications and A9 for the first time. Bought this app 2 days before test. Only used material from this app. Wasnt expecting to pass A9 due to last minute prep. Helped passed all 4 test with this app. Its something I havent been able to do with paperback book study guides that cost 39.99 each. Well worth the tiny investment. Update 10/2015. Took 4 recertifications and passed all 4 with just this app as a study guide. Best investment ever.

I wish you had a diesel edition because Im in diesel technology

Ive been a tech for a few years now but have yet to take any certs. I use this app to find out just him mich I know. Ive also learned a few things from it as well

I like the test the test there could be more improvement on test more test question about each subject and more A and B question from techianian so far I like everything so keep updating and improving app very good app worth buying.
